This 5-day Senegal itinerary follows the original client programme, combining Dakar, African Renaissance Monument, Île de Gorée, Maison des Esclaves, Medina quarter, Dakar Grand Mosque, Lac Rose, Saint-Louis, Guet Ndar, Djoudj National Bird Sanctuary and return to Dakar.

Morning:
Arrival in Dakar: Upon landing at Blaise Diagne International Airport, you'll be greeted by an Indigo Adventures representative and transferred to your accommodation in Dakar.
Afternoon:
Lunch at the Hotel: Enjoy a leisurely lunch at your hotel, sampling local Senegalese cuisine.
City Tour: Explore the vibrant streets of Dakar, visiting landmarks such as the African Renaissance Monument, the tallest statue in Africa, and bustling markets to experience the local atmosphere.
Evening/Night:
Dinner: Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, savouring traditional Senegalese dishes such as Thieboudienne (a flavourful fish and rice dish) and Yassa Poulet (chicken marinated in lemon and onions).
